I can't say enough good about Chris Marcum! He came by this morning to find the "Ghost" in my bathtub. His diligence found that the drain was loose and was making a whistling noise. Hence, he eradicated my "Ghost." And he did it in 10 minutes. I have used Impact Plumbing since 1992, when I met Charlie Marcum for the first time through friends. He has truly helped me over the years. I also now have a tankless Water heater, and I LOVE it. God Bless this company and employees.
